If you have a membership/subscription, you qualify for a complimentary A1C test every 90 days. We’ve partnered with DTI Laboratories to bring you accurate and convenient at-home testing.
For people with type 2 diabetes or prediabetes A1C levels are the best way to track results so it’s important to complete your first test before or soon after you begin taking Pendulum Glucose Control.
Note: A1C level is not the best indicator of results if your A1C level is already within a healthy range.
How do I get my test?
New customers: If you’re a new customer, you’ll automatically receive an email that allows you to access the A1C sign-up form. After you complete and submit the form, DTI will ship you a test kit. Once your test kit has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email from DTI.
Existing customers: If you purchased a Pendulum Glucose Control membership/subscription prior to 12/9/21, please reach out using the contact us form on our website. Once we receive your message, we’ll send the email you need to access the A1C sign-up form.
Note: If you are unable to locate the email, please use the contact us form on our website to let us know so that we can resend it.
What if I have an issue with the test kit?
Please contact DTI’s support team If you have questions or issues related to the kit contents, the collection method, or a kit replacement. You can reach DTI’s support team by calling 888-872-2443.
Important: If part of your test kit is broken, do not throw away the rest of the kit. DTI can provide you with replacement kit parts. If you throw away the entire kit, you’ll need to complete the sign-up form again in order to receive a replacement.
How do I get my results?
Once you collect your sample, use the return label provided by DTI to send them your A1C test kit. After you return your kit, you’ll need to enter your sample ID and email address online as instructed in the directions included with the kit. DTI will email you when your results are ready. From there, you can enter your sample ID to access the results. If you have any issues accessing your results, please contact DTI’s support team at 888-872-2443.
