If you need to log in to your Pendulum account to view your order history or manage a subscription, you can do so from the Pendulum web site.
Select the Account option at the upper right to bring up the login page.
Try registering for an account
If you're experiencing an "Account not found" error message, this is because your account has not been set up yet. Accounts are not automatically created during a purchase. You can create an account by scrolling down on the login page and selecting the option to Register now.
Use the same email address you used for your purchase to create your account. All of the orders made with that email address will automatically appear in the corresponding account.
Once you've completed the registration process, including email verification, you can log in on the log in page.
If you already have an existing account, you will not be able to register another account with the same email address.
