In general, you can expect 3-5 business days between the time you place your order and the time it arrives. However, there are some minor exceptions which are covered below.
Note: Once your order has shipped, you can track it using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email. This can help you get a better idea of when the order will arrive.
To ensure that Glucose Control arrives cold and fresh, it is typically only shipped Monday through Wednesday and the time between shipping and arrival is only 1-2 days.
Products are typically shipped via DHL, but if you provide a P.O. Box for delivery, your product will ship via USPS and may take longer to arrive depending on your location.
For the most part, shipping to Canada takes about the same 3-5 day range. However, you must accept the duties and taxes when requested in order for your items to be delivered on time. The shipping provider, DHL, will call you to arrange payment of the duties and taxes.
If the tracking info for your order shows it as delivered but you haven't received it, it's possible that your package was lost or stolen. Please chat with us so we can see about getting your order replaced.
Delays due to low stock
Occasionally, one of our products will be out of stock which can delay the date of shipment. If you receive an order confirmation email, but do not receive a shipping confirmation email within a day or two, low stock is the most common reason. In this case, your order will most likely arrive a day or two late.
If delays due to low stock are more severe, you will not be charged for your shipment until it is available to ship. We will notify you of expected dates of restock and shipping in this case.
