You can adjust your charge date by following the steps below. This is helpful if you need to pause your subscription for an extended period of time, or want to receive your product on a different date. This will change the charge/delivery date for the month chosen and for all orders after it.
You can also change your shipping schedule from the default every 30 days, or update your shipping address. To verify the change, go back to “Shipping Schedule” to see your upcoming dates These changes will apply to all shipments.
1. Log in to your account
To login to your account, go to pendulumlife.com and select the account icon at the top right of the page (next to the cart icon), enter your email address and password, and click “Login”.
2. Go to “Subscriptions”
Below the welcome message select “Membership” then select “Subscriptions”.
3. Go to “Edit”
Select “Edit” next to the subscription you want to update.
4. Change your charge date
Under "Your Subscription" select “Next Charge Date”, choose your new date, and click “Update Next Shipment Date”.
