You can adjust your charge date by rescheduling your subscription order as shown below. This is helpful if you need to pause your subscription for an extended period of time, or want to receive your product on a different date. This will change the charge/delivery date for the month chosen and for all orders after it.
Log in to your account
To login to your account, go to your Pendulum Account page. If you are not already logged in, enter your email address and password, and click Log in. If you have any issues logging in, see the help article Trouble logging in.
Go to the "Membership" tab to view subscriptions
Below the welcome message, select Membership.
Reschedule a single item
This method works best if you have only one item you need rescheduled. Click on the membership item to edit it.
Select the desired timeframe for rescheduling and click Save Changes.
Reschedule an entire order
If you have multiple items in your next upcoming order, you can reschedule them all at once by clicking View your next order, then Reschedule. You can also use the Send now option to have your next order fulfilled right away.
