While we hate to see you go, you can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and following the steps below. You can also use our Customer Care Assistant to quickly complete the cancellation process by clicking here.
If you have received an order confirmation email from us, this means that you have an open order in our system. It's important to note that cancelling your subscription does not automatically cancel any open orders you may have. Once the order ships we are unable to cancel or refund it. If you need to cancel an open order, please click here to contact Customer Care.
How to Cancel
1. Log in to your account
2. Go to your active subscriptions
Below the welcome message select “Membership”. Your active subscriptions will appear on this page.
3. Go to “Edit”
Select “Edit” next to the subscription you want to cancel.
4. Select “Cancel Subscription”
Scroll down and select “Cancel Subscription” on the lower left side of the screen below the “Payment Method” section.
5. Tell us why you’re cancelling
Select the reason you’re cancelling. If you choose “Other reason” or “The product didn't work for me”, you have the option to provide more details on the next screen.
6. Complete the cancellation process
Depending on your reason for cancelling, you may see other actions on this screen. To complete the cancellation of your subscription, select “Cancel My Subscription”.
