A shipment is considered lost if it is not delivered to you or returned to us within 14 days of the ship date. If a shipment is returned to us, we will contact you.
What options do I have if my shipment is lost?
If your shipment is lost, you have two options. You can request a replacement or you can request a refund. To make your request, please reach out to us by using the contact us form or the Chat option on our website. Live chat support is available M-F from 9 AM to 5 PM PST.
What do I do if my shipment says it's "Delivered", but I can't find it?
If the tracking details of a shipment say that it's been delivered, the shipment is not considered to be lost. You'll need to file a claim with FedEx. If FedEx cannot locate your shipment, or they indicate that it went missing after delivery, please forward us that information. Once we'll receive it, we'll assist you with a replacement.
