Delivery delays aren't ideal, but they do happen from time to time. These delays are carrier-based issues that often resolve themselves within a few business days of the original estimated delivery date. This means that in most cases, the best solution is to allow a few extra days for delivery.
Do you know why my delivery is delayed?
In the majority of cases, we do not have insight into the source of a delivery delay. We only have access to the tracking information provided by the tracking number you received in your shipment notification email.
What if the delay is longer than a few business days?
Occasionally, there are widespread service disruptions, that cause longer delays.
Does the delay mean that my shipment is lost?
A "Delayed" delivery status does not automatically indicate that the shipment has been lost. We only consider shipments to be lost if they have not been delivered to you or returned to us within 14 days of the shipment date. You can find more information about managing lost orders here.
Will the product still be effective when it arrives?
Yes, the product is still effective. We conducted extensive testing in an ISTA Certified lab to ensure that your product reaches you at maximum potency. When kept at summer-like temperatures over 7 days our probiotic strains exceeded our viability and AFU standards.
