This article will show how to change shipping addresses in your account.
Note: Changing your shipping address after an order has processed does not change the shipping address on the processed order. To change the shipping address on that order, please contact us via chat immediately with the correct shipping address. Check out this Help Center article for more information on how we manage shipping address errors.
Log in to your account
To login to your account, go to your Pendulum Account page. If you are not already logged in, enter your email address and password, and click Log in. If you have any issues logging in, see the help article Trouble logging in.
Go to the "Membership" tab to view subscriptions
Below the welcome message, select Membership.
Change the shipping address for your next order
One way you can easily see where the next order is headed is by clicking View your next order. From here, there is an option to Edit address for this upcoming order.
Using this method ensures every item in this delivery will have the address updated for all future subscription orders as well. If you have other subscriptions not included in this order, please follow the instructions in the next section to manage those.
Navigate to "Manage addresses"
Click Address & payment details on the right, then Manage addresses.
Choose to add an address or edit
There are two ways that you can change your shipping address depending on your needs. If you're making a permanent address change, you can edit the existing shipping address to update it. If you regularly move between addresses you can add the additional address to your account. Once the secondary address is added to your account, you can switch between the two addresses as needed.
When adding a new address, you will have the option to apply the address to all of your existing subscriptions.
