If the tracking details for your shipment show your order status as “Delivered”, we do not consider the shipment lost. That said, there are a number of issues that can result in you being unable to locate a shipment with a “Delivered” status.
Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

Driver delivered to the wrong address or left the package in an unusual location
Please check with your neighbors, and look around any location where the driver may have left the package. If you’re still unable to locate the package, you should contact FedEx at 800-463-3339 so that they can contact the driver. Please note that there is a limited window for FedEx to contact the delivery driver, so this option may not always be available. If FedEx cannot assist and your package is still missing, please contact Customer Care here so we can file a missing package report on your behalf. The outcome of that investigation will help determine if your order is eligible for replacement.
Driver marked the package as delivered while it’s still in transit
Occasionally, a driver may mark a package delivered while it’s still in transit. If this happens, you’ll notice that your shipment status continues to update after it was marked as “Delivered”. Typically, the package will arrive within 1-2 business days, but please contact FedEx to confirm that it’s still in transit. If you don’t receive your order after this time, please contact Customer Care here, and we’ll assist you with a replacement or a refund.
Package theft
When it comes to package theft, the best option is to prevent it from happening. You can do this by providing FedEx with instructions to leave your package in a secure location. This option is available when you set up a free FedEx Delivery Manager account. You can also have them hold your packages at one of their pickup locations.
