If you have an existing subscription but want to switch to a different Pendulum product, you can easily do so within your account. Directions for switching your product are detailed below.
Note: If you need to switch products, it must be done prior to your next charge date. If you switch on or after your charge date, the switch will take effect with your next shipment.
1. Log in to your account
To login to your account, go to pendulumlife.com and select the account icon at the top right of the page (next to the cart icon), enter your email address and password, and click “Log In”.
2. Go to your Active Subscriptions
Below the welcome message select “Membership”. Active and Inactive subscriptions are shown on this page.
3. Go to “Edit”
Select “Edit” next to the active subscription you want to update.
4. Select your product
On the left side of the screen, locate and click on "Product".
5. Swap your product
Locate the "Edit product" panel on the right side of your screen, and select "Swap Product". Find the product you'd like to switch to, then click "Select". On the next screen click "Swap Product". A message will appear at the bottom of the screen to confirm that your swap was successful.
